This script lists all Nekoware *.tardist IRIX package files in the
directory and creates a descript.ion file.

Note that the script of the same name exists on Nekoware mirrors and
is used for the same purpose.

However, the script there is slow and incorrect - this script is 
better and faster, but Nekoware "establishment" did not show any
interest in improving their version or replacing theirs with this
one.

If you can, use this script. It generates a proper, machine parseable
descript.ion, with no missing/invalid fields.
